I worked in real estate and made OK commission and I also was a tantra bodyworker and made great money in the days of backpage, but I've retired from that. Seeking to exit this endless loop I find myself in here. Paying $2000/mo for a sh!tty walk up 300sqft studio, filthy streets and mentally crazed people wandering around. Tired of the insane rent, expensive food and transport, poor quality of life, lack of safety and security, weird guys.
I'm still in my 30's, single and honestly not as financially sound as I should be, given my earnings and career. I've given 10 years of my life to New York City. Long story short, I've been toying with the idea of moving to Dubai.
